I’d like to thank you for your amazing service and magic touch. In all its madness, I forgot to thank you in person. You have clearly “finalised” stuff for us as the bank rang me today congratulating me!
Louise, thank you so much for the seminar yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
You were marvellous as usual. Loved your presentation. Good that you covered negative gearing.
Terry Ryder was brilliant. You have created an accomplished public speaker! I was inspired by him, and motivated to look for property in Queensland.
I really found Scott’s philosophy to make a lot of sense. I agreed with him. Another reason to invest in residential property – it’s “more forgiving.”
Mandy was terrific. A good role model to aspire to – property investment wise.
It was wonderful to hear your friend who works with the homeless speak – I forget her name. Just incredible the work they do. You are such a generous and thoughtful person donating the proceeds of the seminar to such a worthwhile organisation.
Louise, I really can’t thank you enough. Following a review of our loans, your eagle eye picked up that our offset account to our investment loan had somehow been de-linked, not having any offset savings. I complained to Westpac who investigated the matter. Turns out the account had not been an offset since 2011, and had been de-linked without my knowledge, and no good reason. I had been using it as an offset in good faith. As a result of my complaint, Westpac re-calculated the amount of loss, apologised and refunded us an amount of $3,683.03! Thanks for your assistance on this matter. I’m not sure I would have picked this up myself. What fantastic service!
The best part of the experience with Louise was the support, the phone calls, emails and most of all the guidance and advice I received from the face-to-face meetings. Meeting frequently with like-minded people has been great as I’ve been able to learn in an interactive team environment. The personalised support has equipped me with the tools and resources I need to confidently make some of the most important decisions of my life. My biggest fear was that I would fail. I was scared of disappointing not just my family but myself too, and potentially losing everything that I had worked so hard for. Since using Louise as my Mortgage broker though, I’m happy to say that none of my fears were realised. In fact, it’s been the reverse. I’ve achieved all the goals I’ve set myself so far, successfully purchasing five profitable investment properties in five years. The journey has been great and Louise has been there beside me every step of the way. Would I recommend Louise? I already have. The message is simple, if you want to do it properly and get it right the first time then go see Louise and get along to a Property Education Company event. I’ve taken four friends along to Louise’s seminars and each of them walked away as inspired as I was.
Recently Louise took on the task of securing a loan for an upcoming Buy off the Plan Property Settlement. I turned to Louise after dealing with a competitor who at the time did not instil confidence in achieving a successful outcome. Given my self-employed status combined with the Banks tightening of their Investment loan strategy in response to the APRA rule changes, it quickly emerged that to be able to secure the right loan at a reasonable rate was becoming anything other than straight forward! With the property settlement date looming Louise was terrific in guiding me through the process, never really doubting that a successful result would be achieved and always keeping me updated whatever the time of day. The loan has all been approved and the funds transferred.
I was very impressed with Louise’s 24/7 approach, focus on the task whilst always developing a backup plan. Louise went above and beyond whilst navigating me through the process and also assisting me with other related activities to achieve a successful outcome. In the future I will not be going anywhere else!
